Shipping Policy
All orders ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Most US orders arrive within 3-5 business days total (3-5 processing plus 3-5 transit).
For international orders, shipping times vary by country and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or duties charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed due to our fast fulfillment process.
If you need to update your shipping address, email support@pasadenahill.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that we cannot guarantee changes.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@pasadenahill.com and we'll look into it and find a fix.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package still has not arrived, contact us at support@pasadenahill.com.
If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address at checkout, we are unable to intervene once the order has been placed. If the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer may be eligible for a refund excluding the original shipping fee. The original shipping fee of $6 to $8 is non-refundable.
Refunds and Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, email support@pasadenahill.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. It may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, place a new order after receiving your refund.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Care Instructions
Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments
