Shipping policy
All items are premade and ready to ship.
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. From there, expect delivery in 3–5 days. You'll get a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Pre-orders: Production + shipping takes 2–4 weeks. We'll keep you updated. If we run past the estimated window, you can request a refund. No questions.
Orders can't be modified or canceled once they're processed, so double-check everything before you checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival. We have no way to calculate these in advance. Please check with your local customs office beforehand.
Lost or stolen packages after carrier pickup are outside our hands. If it shows delivered but isn't there, file a claim with your carrier. If it's returned to us, you'll need to send a prepaid label to support@pasadenahill.com for reshipment.
