Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items — Email us at support@pasadenahill.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once reviewed, we'll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges — We accept size and item exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or we made an error.

Final sale items — Sale, discounted, and limited-edition items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Once an exchange is approved, we'll ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
